1. All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

  • For safety, compliance, and quality reasons, we will never ask you to mail a product back to us.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
